  1. Introduction

This Computer Network and Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the acceptable use of computer equipment, systems, and networks within [Organization Name] (“Organization”) by all users, including employees, volunteers, and children.   1. Scope

  1. Acceptable Use

To protect children from accessing inappropriate content, the Organization will implement content filtering and monitoring solutions on its networks. Users must not attempt to bypass or disable these filters or engage in activities that may expose children to harmful or inappropriate content.

  1. Supervision and Monitoring

All users, including children, must be supervised when accessing the Organization’s computer resources and networks. Staff members and volunteers are responsible for monitoring children’s use of these resources to ensure compliance with this Policy and promote safe, responsible online behavior.

  1. Reporting and Enforcement

Users are required to report any suspected violations of this Policy, security incidents, or inappropriate content to the designated IT administrator or supervisor immediately.
