Remote Service

 Remote Services is where WeldonPC.com can control your computer remotely.  We must have you at the computer in order to “answer the call” so to speak. A few services can be performed remotely. One session is included with a "Blue Package" within 72 hours from the receipt of your computer.

A few items cannot be handled remotely;

· Computers containing viruses or Malware (Malicious software)

· Networking problems

· Dead PCs or Extremely Slow PCs

Price & Terms

WeldonPC.com will be offering this service for $25/hour.

Most of the services should take 1 hour. Payment is taken and approved via credit card over the phone before servicing. IF problems persist with your computer being able to handle a remote session you will need to bring in your PC for servicing. A credit will be given on your invoice for the amount paid.
